"I use light to Inject drama into the ordinary. Beauty into the mundane."

It all started at age 15 with an Canon* 35mm camera, and a passion for taking portraits. Photography for me is all about looking. If you never look, you will never see. If you never see, you can never capture it. The camera, as it was then, is simply a tool for recording what I look at, but it allows you to show others how you see the world.

It was this fascination for looking that led me to study photography at Kent institute of Art & Design where I graduated in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in Photography.

I started working for a small digital rental company just as the industry made the real leap from analogue to digital and this gave me the chance to assist and learn from some of the leading fashion, interiors and still life photographers in the business.

Since then I have had the pleasure of shooting for Designers Guild frequently and have gone on to work for brands such as The White Company, Neptune and Red magazine.

My most recent commission is a beautiful coffee table book entitled Urban Pioneer for publishers Ryland Peters and Small, which will be released in April 2017.
